All Cancellation requests are needed to be sent in written on email from the same email id which was used to make the booking and
has to be reconfirmed by replying to our cancellation confirmation email.
Refund for cancallation may vary with the various services booked and as per our policy below:
If booking is cancelled 07 days prior to the arrival date, then depending upon the cancellation charges of the booked hotels, your advance payment will be refunded including the cancellation charges of the hotels (if any)
and tranportation service.
If boking is cancelled within 07 days before arrival, then we're sorry, we will be not in any position to process the refund as your advance payment is meant for depositing advance payment to the hotels for advance booking and for holding the vehicle for you.
Now, if you're cancelling your tour within this period then they'll (all the hotels and vehicle) charge considering the fact that they've holded room(s) only with a little amount for us and also that their rooms might be in the unsold status due to our cancellation in such a short period.
