All Cancellation requests are needed to be sent in written on email from the same email id which was used to make the booking and
has to be reconfirmed by replying to our cancellation confirmation email.
Refund for cancellation may vary with the various services booked and as per our policy below:
- If booking is cancelled before 60 days prior to the arrival date, around 10% of the tour payment.
- If booking is cancelled within 29-59 days prior to the arrival date, around 30% of the tour payment, which will include the cancellation charges of the hotels (if any), and tranportation service.
- If booking is cancelled within 30 to 14 days prior to the arrival date, then a 50% of the total tour cost will be levied as the same will be charged by the hotels with each having their own payment policies. Charges for holding transportation vehicle is also included.
- If booking is cancelled within 15 to 08 days prior to the arrival date, then a 70% of the total tour cost will be levied as the same will be charged by the hotels with each having their own payment policies. Charges for holding transportation vehicle is also included.
- If boking is cancelled within 07 days before arrival, then we're sorry, we will be not in any position to process the refund.
Note:-
- Refund will not be possible for any extra add-on services like monument tickets (if pre-purchased), any un-used service (like hotel accommodation or missed meals or transportation, etc..), etc...
- For services such as Jungle Safari or Balloon Safari or any service other than Accommodation and Transportation, we will mention their Cancellation & Refund Policy in the email. (mostly, the refund is not processed like of Jungle Safari)
- Number of Days it takes to process the Refund:- usually takes around a minimum of 7-10 days as we will first have to first process the refund from all the hotels and after that we will process the refund for you. And this time excludes the time taken by the bank transfer .
- If the booking is cancelled for the tours that lie in the followed periods such as Peak Periods (Fairs, Festivals, and Dec.20 - Jan.05) or Long Weekends then the cancellation charges might be high (or no refund possible) considering the high rush during these times.
- For some tours, we will send a custom cancellation & Refund policy, in case if the tour is of higher category hotels or the tour price depends majorly on hotels.
